GEAR PROFILES was incepted in 1990 in Dewas Industrial Area, Madhay Pradesh. Our Unit is specialized in making Forged & Machined components catering to various sectors such as Automotive, Railways , Agriculture etc. For Forging work We have two well equipped hammer set (Two ton and a One Ton) to forge the parts in the weight range of 0.30 kg to 15 kgs depending upon complexity of the parts. For heat treatment we have Heat Treatment facilities with 2 No. of pit type furnace (retort size 1600 x 800 mm). For manufacturing of blank we have 15 CNC M/c 3 Copy Turning M/c, 3 Facing Centring, 10 lathe 4 VMC 1 internal Grinding 3 Surface Grinding. For Teeth Cutting we have 4 Gear Hobbing , 1 Gear Shapper , 2 Gear Shaving and a 20 ton Vertical Broaching M/c . A well equipped lab with BHN Tester, Hardness Tester, Metallurgical Microscope with image analyser. 4
