Job Description:
We are hiring a Sales Officer for our Dewas location with proven experience in Edible Oil or FMCG sales. The candidate should be target-driven and experienced in handling distributors and retailers.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and develop sales in the assigned territory
Appoint and manage distributors, retailers, and wholesalers
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Execute market visits for order generation and market expansion
Ensure proper product availability and visibility in the market
Conduct competitor analysis and share market feedback
Ensure timely payment collection from distributors
Maintain sales records and submit regular reports
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Edible Oil or FMCG sales
Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of Dewas and nearby markets
Must have a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
