 Job Profile (As an English Teacher) / जॉब प्रोफ़ाइल (एक अंग्रेजी शिक्षक के रूप में)
 Minimum qualification is a graduation degree (any subject). / न्यूनतम योग्यत़ा स्ऩातक शिग्री है
 A two-wheeler would be a plus. / दोपशहय़ा व़ाहन एक अशतरिक्त सुशवध़ा होगी
 Job duration: Minimum 1 year at every identified village and can change as per the
requirement. Teachers can continue working after 1 year as well. / नौकिी की
अवशध: प्रत्येक शिन्हित ग़ांव में न्यूनतम 1 वर्ष तथ़ा आवश्यकत़ानुस़ाि इसमें परिवतषन शकय़ा ज़ा
सकत़ा है। शिक्षक 1 वर्ष के ब़ाद भी क़ाम किऩा ज़ािी िख सकते हैं।
 Full-time job: 8 hours per day in a split shift manner anytime between 6 AM to 7 PM. 6 days
a week. / पूर्षक़ाशलक नौकिी: प्रशतशदन 8 घंटे, शवभ़ाशजत शिफ्ट में, कभी भी सुबह 6 बजे से ि़ाम 7 बजे के
बीि, सप्त़ाह में 6 शदन।
 There will be 3 sessions of 2.5 hours (150 minutes) each day + 30 minutes of
administrative/operational work. Each session will have a batch of approx. 20 students.
/ प्रशतशदन 2.5 घंटे (150 शमनट) के 3 सत्र होंगे + 30 शमनट प्रि़ासशनक/संि़ालन क़ायष होंगे। प्रत्येक सत्र
में लगभग 20 छ़ात्रों क़ा एक बैि होग़ा।
 Candidate needs to have a basic knowledge of computer operation. / अभ्यथी को कंप्यूटि संि़ालन क़ा
बुशनय़ादी ज्ञ़ान होऩा आवश्यक है।
 Ability to understand and communicate in Basic English would be an advantage. / बुशनय़ादी अंग्रेजी
में समझने औि संव़ाद किने की क्षमत़ा एक ल़ाभ होगी।
 There would be 2 rounds of interviews. 1st interview will be done telephonically, 2nd interview
will be through Zoom or face-to-face at Dewas MP. / स़ाक्ष़ात्क़ाि के 2 दौि होंगे। पहल़ा स़ाक्ष़ात्क़ाि
टेलीफोन पि होग़ा, दूसि़ा स़ाक्ष़ात्क़ाि जूम के म़ाध्यम से य़ा Dewas MP में आमने-स़ामने होग़ा।
 The date would be informed separately. / त़ािीख की सूिऩा अलग से दी ज़ाएगी।
 40 - 90 days’ compulsory training program in Lucknow UP. Training duration will depend on
your performance. For going to Lucknow UP, your train ticket in sleeper coach will be booked
from Organization side. During the training period, all meals and basic lodging will be provided

 Training time: 8:45 AM to 5:45 PM. Training will take place in Lucknow UP. / प्रशिक्षर् समय: सुबह
8:45 बजे से ि़ाम 5:45 बजे तक। प्रशिक्षर् लखनऊ यूपी में होग़ा।
 No leave is allowed during training except Sunday. प्रशिक्षर् के दौि़ान िशवव़ाि को छोड़कि शकसी शदन छुट्टी
की अनुमशत नहीं है।
 A stipend of Rs. 250 per working day will be paid to you for attending our training program.
This amount will be deposited in your bank account by Thursday of every week for the number
of days you attended in the preceding week. / हम़ािे प्रशिक्षर् क़ायषक्रम में भ़ाग लेने के शलए आपको प्रशत
क़ायष शदवस 250 रुपये क़ा वजीफ़ा शदय़ा ज़ाएग़ा। यह ि़ाशि आपके बैंक ख़ाते में शपछले सप्त़ाह में भ़ाग लेने व़ाले
शदनों की संख्य़ा के अनुस़ाि प्रत्येक सप्त़ाह के गुरुव़ाि तक जम़ा कि दी ज़ाएगी।
 Appointment letter will be issued only after successful completion of the training program. /

रशिक्षर् क़ायषक्रम सफलत़ापूवषक पूि़ा होने के ब़ाद ही शनयुन्हक्त पत्र ज़ािी शकय़ा ज़ाएग़ा।
 FEA training program is intensive and requires complete focus. We provide computer room and
trainer’s support to all trainees to help them learn English, digital skills, and FEA curriculum so
that their chances of getting this job increase. / FEA प्रशिक्षर् क़ायषक्रम गहन है औि इसके शलए पूर्ष ध्य़ान
की आवश्यकत़ा है। हम सभी प्रशिक्षुओं को अंग्रेजी, शिशजटल कौिल औि FEA प़ाठ्यक्रम सीखने में मदद किने के
शलए कंप्यूटि कक्ष औि प्रशिक्षक क़ा समथषन प्रद़ान किते हैं त़ाशक इस नौकिी को प़ाने की उनकी संभ़ावऩा बढ़ ज़ाए।
 Preparation for exams or any other commitment before or after the training hours will not be
allowed during the training period. / प्रशिक्षर् अवशध के दौि़ान प्रशिक्षर् से पहले य़ा ब़ाद में पिीक्ष़ा
की तैय़ािी य़ा शकसी अन्य प्रशतबद्धत़ा की अनुमशत नहीं दी ज़ाएगी।
 Training visits to Lucknow for few days every 2-3 months. / प्रत्येक 2-3 म़ाह में कुछ शदनों के शलए लखनऊ
में प्रशिक्षर् दौि़ा।
 One year of employment commitment is required for the first year since we are going to invest
heavily in your training. / पहले वर्ष में एक वर्ष की िोजग़ाि प्रशतबद्धत़ा आवश्यक है क्ोंशक हम आपके

 If you are willing to relocate to work in a village/location that is above 20 km from your
village/location, we will pay you room rent up to Rs. 3000 per month provided you will work
with us for one year. / यशद आप अपने ग़ांव/स्थ़ान से 20 शकलोमीटि से अशधक दूि न्हस्थत शकसी ग़ांव/स्थ़ान
पि क़ाम किने के शलए स्थ़ाऩांतरित होने के इच्छुक हैं, तो हम आपको 3000 रुपये प्रशत म़ाह तक कमिे क़ा
शकि़ाय़ा देंगे, बिते आप हम़ािे स़ाथ एक वर्ष तक क़ाम किें।
 Consumption of alcohol and tobacco is strictly prohibited during training. / प्रशिक्षर् के दौि़ान िि़ाब
औि तम्ब़ाकू क़ा सेवन सख्त वशजषत है।
 Gross Salary: Rs. 14,500 per month. (TA or HRA upto Rs. 3000 could be provide additionally) /

 You will be eligible for petrol expenses if your home is above 5 km from our branch location. /
