  • Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.
 
  • Maintain and troubleshoot HT/LT panels, transformers, motors, VFDs, PLC-based systems, and control circuits.
 
  • Ensure continuous functioning of plant machinery (Extrusion press, melting furnace, ageing oven, compressors, etc.).
 
  • Coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime and improve machine uptime.
 
  • Monitor and optimize electrical load management and power consumption.
 
  • Maintain documentation related to maintenance activities, daily reports, and safety checklists.
 
  • Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with statutory standards.
 
  • Support installation, commissioning, and testing of new machinery or electrical systems.
 
  • Identify areas for energy-saving initiatives and automation improvements.
