Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems.
Prepare, verify, and manage data files, reports, and documentation.
Maintain records of daily work and ensure timely completion of data entry tasks.
Review and correct data for errors, duplications, or missing information.
Handle confidential information with integrity and security.
Coordinate with internal teams for data collection and clarification.
Support other administrative tasks as required.
Minimum Graduate (preferred in Commerce/Computer Applications).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data entry software.
Typing speed: 30–40 words per minute with accuracy.
0–2 years of experience in data entry/clerical/administrative roles.
Freshers with good computer skills may also apply.
